Job Title: Network Security Engineer L2 (Ngnix-Akamai) Experience: 4-6 years relevant Budget: 15-18 LPA Location: Mumbai, Chennai, Hyderabad Work mode & Shift: Work from Office (24/7 Support) Job Summary We are looking for an L2 Network Security Engineer with strong hands-on experience in NGINX and Akamai to manage, operate, and support web security and traffic management platforms. The role involves day-to-day operations, incident handling, configuration changes, automation, and coordination with L1 teams, application teams, and vendors to ensure secure and highly available services. Strong understanding of: - Networking fundamentals (TCP/IP, HTTP/HTTPS, DNS, routing) - Web security concepts and OWASP Top 10 Hands-on experience with: - NGINX - Akamai Working knowledge of: - Linux/Unix environments - SSL certificates and encryption - Experience with monitoring and log analysis tools Operations & Support Handle L2 escalations from L1 and customer support teams Participate in: - Incident management - Change management - Problem management Perform Root Cause Analysis (RCA) and prepare incident reports Support planned activities such as: - Migrations - Upgrades - Capacity planning Ensure SLA compliance and high availability of services -- Email - kirti.rustagi@raspl.com
