Job Summary - Account Executive We are seeking a professional and personable will be responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring compliance with statutory requirements The role involves bookkeeping reconciliations vendor payments GST TDS filings About Us - MRK Foods is a group of experienced young dynamic versatile personnel performing into Indian Market since 1997 we import many branded foods stuff supply them to many prestigious institutions ship stores modern trade all over India We are expanding our operations and seeking a dynamic and multitasking Account Executive for our Bhiwandi Branch Key Responsibilities Handling Petty cash Cash voucher entry in sap and Voucher print updating Excel Google sheet Also Different Vendors Payment Invoices entry and Payment Follow up with Branch office Vendor like packing material Transport Vehicle s invoice monthly Loading and Unloading Mathadi labor Working calculation making every 15 DAYS Invoices and Reporting Tracking Fuel Card Expenses Tracking Handling Pantry Requirements Housekeeping Requirements arrangements and Office Stationery Requirements Follow up with Branch Office Expenses Vouchers Entry s in sap Only Different Expenses Reporting other task as well as per instruction of Maintain and update daily accounting entries in Tally ERP system Manage day-to-day accounting operations sand financial transactions Handle cash management and online banking activities G Pay NEFT RTGS Maintain accurate records in Tally and SAP accounting software Prepare and analyses financial statements payment tracking ledger reconciliation Handle GST TDS and statutory compliances Utilize Advanced Excel for reports and data analysis VLOOKUP Pivot Table etc Ensure proper recording of Debit Credit entries Coordinate with the head office and assist during audits when required Handle accounts payable and receivable vendor bills and staff reimbursements Prepare bank reconciliation statements and maintain cash flow records Assist in preparation of monthly quarterly and annual financial reports Support statutory audits and coordinate with external auditors Prepare and file GST TDS and other statutory returns on time Monitor outstanding receivables and follow up with clients for payments Verify invoices and ensure proper documentation and approvals Maintain confidentiality and integrity of financial data Candidate Profile - Strong accounting knowledge with at least 2 years of relevant experience Proficiency in Tally SAP and Advance Excel Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiency and work independently Strong attention to detail accuracy and confidentiality Excellent time management and organizational skills Qualifications Skills Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or Finance B Com M Com 2-5 years of experience in accounting or finance roles Proficiency in Tally MS Excel and accounting software Knowledge of GST TDS and other Indian tax laws Strong attention to detail and accuracy Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Interested Candidates can share their Resume on - recruiter mrkfoods in can What a App - 9833802742 Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 36 000 00 per month Work Location In person
