Role Overview:

We're looking for a hands-on Senior Software Engineer to build, maintain, and scale CRM and Dialer systems powering modern contact center operations. You'll be leading a team of engineers and directly contributing code in React, Node.js, and PHP, ensuring smooth integration between frontend interfaces, backend logic, and telephony platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

- Architect, Design and develop custom contact center tech stack components – including CRM modules, call dialers, lead management, and reporting systems.
- Lead integrations with third-party APIs
- Build modern, agent-friendly interfaces using React.js.
- Develop scalable backend services in Node.js and maintain PHP-based legacy modules.
- Lead a small team of developers, providing mentorship, task planning, and code reviews.
- Ensure platform reliability, data security, and high availability for outbound/inbound calling operations.
- Coordinate with Business Ops, Product Managers, and QA to meet SLAs and customer expectations.

Must-Have Skills:

- 5–6 years of development experience, with at least 2 years in contact center tech (CRM, dialers, or IVR platforms).
- Expertise in React.js, Node.js, and PHP.
- Solid grasp of VoIP, SIP, Asterisk, or similar telephony frameworks.
- Experience with call routing logic, lead assignment flows, and real-time dashboards.
- Familiar with tools like Zoho, Salesforce, Freshdesk, or in-house CRMs.
- Working knowledge of database technologies (MySQL, MongoDB).

Nice to Have:

- Exposure to predictive/progressive dialers or ACD systems.
- DevOps familiarity: Docker, CI/CD, basic AWS.
- Experience in managing 5–10 developers or full feature pods.
- Understanding of compliance: TCPA, GDPR (for global outreach).
