Overview: As a Business Analyst in the Network Service Practice team, you will play a critical role in supporting the development, implementation, and optimization of telecommunications solutions for our clients. You will work closely with cross-functional teams and clients to analyze business requirements, gather data, and provide insights to drive strategic decision-making. #LI-DNI Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: 1. Market Research and Analysis: 1. Conduct extensive market research to identify industry trends, competitor strategies, and emerging telecom technologies. 2. Analyze market data to extract valuable insights and formulate actionable recommendations to fuel CNS practice growth. 2. Client Engagement: 1. Cultivate strong client relationships to understand their business needs and objectives deeply. 2. Collaborate with architects to translate client requirements into technically sound solutions that showcase our capabilities while aligning with their goals. 3. Requirements Gathering: 1. Utilize effective techniques to elicit and document both business and technical requirements. 2. Forge cross-functional partnerships for a comprehensive understanding and successful implementation of client requirements. 4. Data Analysis: 1. Dive into extensive datasets to uncover patterns, trends, and cost optimization opportunities. 2. Deliver data-driven reports and recommendations that resonate with key stakeholders. 5. Project Support: 1. Contribute to project planning, execution, and monitoring to ensure seamless delivery of innovative telecom solutions. 2. Collaborate closely with project managers to track progress and proactively mitigate risks. 6. Documentation and Presentation: 1. Create comprehensive documentation, including project reports, process flowcharts, and detailed business requirement documents. 2. Demonstrate excellent presentation skills to convey information and insights to diverse audiences effectively. #LI-DNI Requirements: Qualification & Experience - Master’s degree in business management with an Engineering background - 60% or equivalent across all educational qualifications - Prefer at least 24 months of IT firm/Sales experience - Background in the Telecom industry/Telecom knowledge is preferred Skills & Knowledge - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize complex data. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and internal teams effectively. - Understanding the telecommunications industry and technology trends is a plus. - Proficiency in data analysis tools. - Prior experience in business analysis or consulting roles is preferred. - Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
