About the Role: We are looking for a dynamic and performance driven Senior Executive Digital Media to plan, execute, and optimize online marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns, analyzing performance data, and contributing to the strategic growth of client brands through impactful digital initiatives. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and manage paid campaigns across Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Google Ads, YouTube, , and other digital platforms. - Collaborate with creative, strategy, and account management teams to ensure campaign alignment with client goals and brand tone. - Optimize campaigns regularly to improve key performance metrics such as CTR, CPC, ROAS, CPA, and overall ROI. - Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and A/B testing to enhance campaign performance. - Generate detailed performance reports and share insights, recommendations, and actionable strategies. - Stay updated with emerging trends, tools, and platform updates in the digital marketing landscape. - Support in developing media strategies, budget allocation, and forecasting for client campaigns. - Manage campaign billing, approvals, and ensure all deliverables are completed within timelines. Requirements: - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (MBA preferred) - .2–4 years of experience in managing digital advertising campaigns (agency experience preferred) - .Strong understanding of Meta Business Manager, Google Ads, Google Analytics, and Ads - .Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions - .Excellent communication and presentation skills - .Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, and work effectively in a fast-paced environment - .Certification in Google Ads, Meta Ads, or related platforms is an added advantage .
