Responsibilities - Oversee the daily operations of the railway station, ensuring smooth train schedules and passenger safety. - Manage station staff and coordinate with railway authorities and other departments. - Ensure compliance with safety regulations and protocols. - Handle passenger inquiries, complaints, and provide information about train schedules and services. - Monitor train arrival and departure times, and manage platform assignments. - Conduct regular inspections of station facilities and equipment to ensure they are in good working condition. - Prepare reports on station operations and performance. Skills and Qualifications - 12-13 years of experience in railway operations or management. - Strong leadership and team management skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. - In-depth knowledge of railway safety regulations and operational procedures. - Ability to handle stressful situations and make quick decisions. - Proficiency in using station management software and tools. - Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
