We are looking for an experienced SAP Revenue Accounting and Reporting (RAR) Functional Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the RAR module, proven implementation experience, and the ability to lead projects in a global, multi-national environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design, configuration, and implementation of the SAP RAR module.
- Provide expertise in Revenue Accounting Recognition processes, including compliance with IFRS 15/ASC 606.
- Work with multi-national company setups, including intercompany transactions, eliminations, and financial consolidations.
- Act as RAR lead in at least 2–3 full life cycle (FLC) implementations and as a sub-module lead in at least 5–8 implementations.
- Manage onshore and offshore teams, ensuring deliverables meet quality and timeline requirements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate RAR with other SAP modules such as FI, CO, and SD.
- Provide ongoing support, troubleshooting, and enhancements post-implementation.

Requirements:

- In-depth knowledge of SAP RAR module and configuration.
- Strong understanding of revenue recognition standards and compliance requirements.
- Experience in intercompany accounting, eliminations, and consolidation processes.
- 9–12 years of total experience with at least 3 years in SAP RAR.
- Proven track record of leading SAP RAR implementations in large, complex environments.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

- Experience in SAP S/4HANA implementations.
- Exposure to integration with third-party systems
