About Us Rexon Interiors and Landscaping is a leading firm in creating innovative and elegant interior and landscape solutions With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction we blend creative design with practical implementation to deliver exceptional results Job Summary We are looking for a talented and detail-oriented Interior Designer with Cost Estimation Expertise to join our dynamic team The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing 3D interior design concepts and accurately estimating project costs This role requires a blend of creative vision technical knowledge and financial accuracy Key Responsibilities Create detailed 2D and 3D interior design concepts using industry-standard software e g AutoCAD SketchUp 3ds Max V-Ray Lumion Collaborate with clients to understand project requirements preferences and budgets Provide accurate cost estimations based on design specifications materials labor and vendor quotes Work closely with project managers vendors and contractors to ensure on-time and on-budget execution Requirements Bachelor s degree or diploma in Interior Design Architecture or related field Proven experience minimum 2-3 years in interior design with cost estimation responsibilities Strong knowledge of interior materials finishes and construction techniques Proficiency in any design software AutoCAD 3ds Max SketchUp V-Ray Lumion etc Advanced skills in MS Excel Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 15 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Benefits Internet reimbursement Paid time off Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Work Location In person
