About the Role:

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer to join our team at Croccle Internet LLP. The ideal candidate should be highly skilled in designing social media creatives using Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and web UI/UX design using Figma. A strong command over English communication is essential, as the role involves working with diverse clients and collaborating with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Create eye-catching and on-brand creatives for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.)
2. Design web pages, landing pages, and UI components in Figma with user experience in mind
3. Collaborate with the content, marketing, and strategy teams to conceptualize campaigns
4. Translate client briefs into compelling visual communication
5. Maintain design consistency across all digital platforms
6. Stay updated with the latest design trends, tools, and technologies
7. Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising quality

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field
2. 13 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in a digital agency
3. Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and related Adobe tools
4. Hands-on experience in Figma for website and mobile UI/UX design
5. Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
6. Excellent verbal and written English communication skills
7. Attention to detail and a creative mindset
