Are you passionate about shaping the future of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) and driving digital transformation across global business functions

We're looking for a Digital Product Manager who will play a pivotal role in both our global IBP product management team and local market deployment teams. You'll ensure our IBP solutions not only scale globally but also deliver real business value at the local level. Working closely with Planning, Product, Data & Analytics, o9, and Adoption teams, you'll lead the delivery of integrated Sales & Operations Planning (iS&OP) and integrated Sales & Operations Execution (iS&OE) solutions that empower markets to operate more effectively.

Responsibilities

Your day-to-day with us:
. Lead the design, build, and deployment of IBP iS&OP / iS&OE product in new markets, balancing technical and functional needs.
. Serve as a Product Manager for the IBP Forums & Finance workstream, coordinating cross-functional teams during market deployments.
. Ensure that market specific business requirements and gaps are identified and addressed through solution design workshops, documentation of functional specifications, conducting build demos, conducting SIT, and supporting business during UAT, PR and HC.
. Own the local market product roadmap, managing prioritization and release of features.
. Partner with stakeholders to gather requirements, socialize product plans, validate new functionality, and resolve product issues.
. Oversee cross-workstream dependencies to ensure smooth delivery.
. Define and track KPIs to measure business impact.
. Champion quality and excellence across design, delivery, and product adoption.

Qualifications

What you will need to succeed:
. 7+ years of Product Management experience delivering solutions with cross-functional teams.
. 7+ years in IBP, iSCP, FP&A, or related solution design & delivery.
. Functional/technical o9 experience and knowledge of o9 architecture and data models strongly preferred.
. Experience leading and delivering through external partners.
. Proven track record of building and launching products from concept to release.
. Ability to distill complex requirements into clear, actionable solutions.
. Excellent communication skills, along with the ability to influence and demonstrate confidence in communications with senior level management.
. Exceptional problem-solving, organizational, and leadership skills.
. Resilience, flexibility, and a collaborative mindset in fast-changing environments.
