We are seeking enthusiastic fresh graduates who are looking to start their career in the US Healthcare industry as an AR Caller. The role involves interacting with insurance companies in the United States to resolve claims, verify payment status, and ensure timely revenue collection for healthcare providers. Comprehensive training will be provided.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to insurance companies to follow up on unpaid or pending medical claims.
- Understand claim denials and take appropriate action for resolution.
- Review and analyze outstanding Accounts Receivable (AR).
- Document all call details and update the system accurately.
- Work with internal teams to ensure timely resolution of claims.
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly productivity and quality targets.

Required Skills:

- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Basic knowledge of computers, MS Office, and internet navigation.
- Willingness to work in US shifts (night shifts/rotational shifts).
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced environment.

Eligibility:

- Any Graduate / Diploma holder (Freshers encouraged to apply).
- No prior AR calling experience required (training will be provided).
- Candidates with BPO/voice process experience will have an added advantage.
