Job Description

You should apply if you have:

Are pursuing an LL.B. / law degree from a recognized law school.

Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Good understanding of core legal subjects with eagerness to build on this knowledge.

Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Ability to conduct legal research effectively using platforms like Manupatra and SCC Online.

Analytical skills to interpret facts and laws and strategically present findings.

Multi-tasking and time management skills.

Skills Required:

Drafting, reviewing, and proofreading legal documents such as NDAs, MSAs, SOWs, LOIs, MOUs, vendor and supplier agreements, and board minutes.

Familiarity with Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) portfolio management.

Understanding of regulatory compliance requirements for FMCG and nutraceutical products (FSSAI, Legal Metrology, labeling norms, etc.).

Knowledge of dispute resolution, labour & employment laws, and corporate advisory practices.

What will you do

Assist in drafting, vetting, and reviewing a wide range of commercial contracts and legal documents.

Support the legal team in managing the company's IPR portfolio.

Conduct research on legal, regulatory, and compliance issues across FMCG, nutraceutical, and allied sectors.

Assist in dispute resolution, arbitration, and labour & employment matters.

Provide support on privacy, data protection, investigation, and compliance issues.

Gain exposure to real estate agreements, corporate structuring, and advisory matters.

Work Experience:

Law students pursuing LL.B. (Last year) are eligible.

Registered advocates interested in gaining in-house corporate exposure may also apply.

Working days: Monday Saturday

Location: B-289, Okhla Industrial Area, Phase 1, New Delhi (Work from Office)
