Job Title Service EngineerAre you in for a big challenge like contributing to the success of new global company Epiroc is a leading global productivity partner to the mining infrastructure and natural resources industries Epiroc stands for innovation commitment and collaboration which is the speed to market industry leadership the passion to help customers succeed and a close partnership for deep understanding of the needs We clearly aim to be our customers first choice Job Title Service EngineerReports To The Service Engineer reports directly to Regional Parts Service Manager of that region Job Overview Responsible for the complete Parts service activities of Epiroc CC in the assigned FMC Site and supports the installed fleet to the satisfaction of customers while ensuring Epiroc guidelines are strictly followed Also to ensure the given business targets of organization are achieved Handling Service of SmartROC Surface drilling Machines made in PC Nashik Orebro Managing the FMC Contract of SmartROC Machines and other Surface drilling machines deployed at Tata Steel Noamundi Achieving the committed target Contract FMC KPI s Manage the entire Contract Fleet and Non-Contract fleet at the assigned site Maintain committed Fleet Availability Guaranteed Drill Rates Specific Fuel Consumption Lub Oil consumption MTBF MTTR etc Ensure Scheduled Pro Active machine maintenance is performed as per schedule and best operational maintenance practices are followed and implemented Timely reporting and maintenance of monthly report and Analyze data and report Perf figures to HO Region Regular inspection and monitoring of machine and its performance and plan consumables Parts major insurance items for effective Inventory management to ensure machine maintenance Upkeep proactive maintenance to prevent BD Ensure Cost CAP is maintained as per contractual requirements Train and develop the skill levels of the FMC Contractual team by exemplary man management leadership quality and lead from front and hand hold team and develop their competency levels Work on Innovative Solutions to improve the machine performance and business development Maintain safety at Workplace ensure sufficient stock of PPE and plan inculcate the safety training to the team and strictly implement the SHEQ Guidelines at contractual site Keep track on Service Invoicing Payments Receivables on a regular basis Expand relationships with customer at all levels and work closely with all stake holder in the value chain of customer Ensure Customer relationship management Customer Satisfaction and NPS Score Compliance to all the Audit requirements Safety standards and all other requirements compliances as required at the customers work site Work together with across different function of key account to promote and show value of Epiroc products Timely sharing the information and feedback concerned in the region for any site issue Parts Service business Development and supporting the RPSM and RM in furthering the Epiroc Business with the assigned customer Support and guide channel partner in Maintaining proper Inventory at VMI Support in promotion of rebuild refurbishment of equipment business Close monitoring on competitor action performance if any and feed back to the region Other Responsibilities Strictly following Safety guidelines Identification of Environmental aspects and OH S hazards and related operational controls Ensure operation controls related to Health Safety Environment Reporting of SHE incidences and its analysis Compliance with Corporate Guidelines Follow in letter and spirit the Epiroc Vision Mission and Core values Comply with the Epiroc Business Code of Conduct Comply with the policies and procedures communicated from time to time Perform any other tasks given by supervisor from time to time Qualification Degree or Diploma in Mechanical or Electrical or Electronics 05-08 Years relevant Job Experience Location Ranchi Tata Steel Noamundi FMC Contracts SiteThe last date of application would be from 10 days of its date of posting Epiroc is a global productivity partner for mining and construction customers and accelerates the transformation toward a sustainable society With ground-breaking technology Epiroc develops and provides innovative and safe equipment such as drill rigs rock excavation and construction equipment and tools for surface and underground applications The company also offers world-class service and other aftermarket support as well as solutions for automation digitalization and electrification Epiroc is based in Stockholm Sweden had revenues of more than SEK 60 billion in 2023 and has around 18 200 passionate employees supporting and collaborating with customers in around 150 countries Learn more at
