Job Overview We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Software Development Engineer with 6-11 years of experience to join our dynamic Payment Gateway team The role involves designing developing and maintaining payment gateway applications using the NET technology stack The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable secure and reliable software solutions Key Responsibilities Requirements Analysis Participate in requirement gathering ensuring understanding of business needs Collaboration Work closely with internal teams to design and develop software Coding Write clean efficient and scalable code using NET programming languages Testing and Deployment Ensure applications are rigorously tested and deployed to meet quality standards Unit Testing Write and maintain unit tests using nUnit to ensure code quality and catch bugs early Maintenance Revise refactor and debug existing code for continuous improvement Documentation Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation throughout the software development lifecycle SDLC Technical Support Act as a technical expert providing support and troubleshooting for applications Technical Skills Requirements Must-Have NET Framework Experience Proven expertise in application development using the NET Framework ASP NET ASP NET MVC Strong experience with ASP NET and ASP NET MVC framework C and SQL Server Proficient in C NET SQL Server and architectural design patterns such as MVC WCF Web API Experience in developing and consuming Web Services using WCF Web API HTML5 CSS3 JavaScript Proficient in front-end technologies including HTML5 CSS3 and JavaScript Service Architecture Familiar with service architecture styles SOAP REST RPC Agile Methodologies Solid understanding of Agile development practices Troubleshooting Strong debugging and problem-solving skills Good to Have WPF XAML Experience with Windows Presentation Foundation WPF and XAML Containerization Knowledge of containerization technologies like Docker Behavioral Soft Skills Collaboration Ability to work effectively within a team and collaborate across functions Communication Strong verbal and written communication skills capable of conveying technical details clearly Analytical Thinking Strong analytical skills with attention to detail and a problem-solving mindset Adaptability Ability to adapt to new technologies tools and processes quickly Proactivity Self-motivated with a proactive approach to identifying issues and driving improvements Time Management Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment Continuous Learning Commitment to keeping up to date with industry trends best practices and emerging technologies
