Job Description

- Actively participate in configuration, implementation, and support of UKG Kronos scheduling solutions across healthcare departments.
- Collaborate with clinical and operational stakeholders to define scheduling requirements and optimize workflows.
- Customize scheduling functionalities for departments such as nursing and providers, ensuring alignment with operational needs.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to UKG Kronos scheduling modules.
- Provide training, documentation, and knowledge transfer to internal teams.
- Continuously assess and improve scheduling processes and system performance.
- Proven experience with UKG Kronos scheduling configuration and support.
- The ideal candidate would bring a combination of technical expertise in UKG Kronos configuration and deep experience in the nuances of healthcare scheduling. The individual should be able to:
- Configure and optimize UKG Pro WFM, including EZCall, scheduling for various healthcare departments, especially providers
- Identify and address specific healthcare scheduling needs, including union rules, labor regulations, and department specific workflows.
- Lead implementation and support efforts to ensure the system meets the demands of healthcare scheduling, improving efficiency and reducing errors.
- Master s / bachelor s degree in related field, or equivalent work experience is required
- 3 to 6 years of configuration of UKG product, specifically with scheduling components for healthcare.
- Configure and maintain Work Rules, Pay Rules, Holiday profiles, Accruals, Attendance, Shift Zone, Schedule Generation, and template set up,
- Data views & Reporting, Access Profiles, Hyper find Queries, device manager setup.
- Analyze labor policies, payrules and healthcare regulations to ensure the system adheres to
- the organizational policies within UKG Pro WFM.
- 2-3 years experience scheduler role (create a department schedule, incorporating individual requests and FTE requirements; posting schedule; daily staffing of the department(s)
