Job Description

Sunburn is India's premier electronic music brand hosting Asia's largest 3-day Electronic Music Festival in Goa, Various city festivals, Arenas, Campus gigs and Club tours across the country since 2007 . Sunburn introduced Sunburn Arena in 2011 bringing some of the world's best DJs to India like Avicii, Armin Van Buuren, Dash Berlin, Deadmau5, Swedish House Mafia and many more in an exhilarating arena format across all major cities. Inaugurated in 2007, Sunburn is a synergy of music, entertainment, food, shopping and lifestyle that attracts music tourism in India and now spreading its wings across the globe to Sri Lanka in 2012 & Dubai in 2013.

Your Profile

1. On-Ground Sales & Inventory Management:
Travel across cities for Sunburn events and pop-ups.
Take full responsibility for managing inventory during shows.
Track and reconcile stock, coordinate with production teams, and ensure smooth sales operations on the ground.

2. Creative Development:
Assist in brainstorming and conceptualizing new merchandise collections and festival-specific designs.
Propose engaging ideas for offers, bundles, and product placements aligned with youth trends.

3. Social Media & Content Support:
Work closely with the marketing team to create creatives for reels, stories, and merchandise promotions.
Contribute to on-ground content capturing and behind-the-scenes content for digital channels.

4. Market Research:
Stay updated with youth/streetwear trends, competitor activity, and design inspiration.

Your Checklist

1. Internship Duration : 6 months
2. Excellent communication skills
3. Good at Microsoft Excel
4. Comfortable traveling across India for Sunburn shows & festival
5. Any prior experience with Merchandising / Live Events would be preferred.
