We are seeking a skilled Report Writer with strong expertise in SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS to design, develop, and maintain business reports and dashboards. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to translate business requirements into insightful data visualizations and reports. Key Responsibilities: - Design, develop, and maintain reports and dashboards using SQL Server, Power BI, and SSRS. - Work closely with business stakeholders to gather and analyze reporting requirements. - Write efficient and optimized SQL queries, stored procedures, and views to extract and transform data. - Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across reports. - Optimize existing reports and queries for better performance and maintainability. - Support data validation, troubleshooting, and ad-hoc reporting requests. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand data sources and reporting logic. Required Skills & Qualifications: - Excellent communication skills require. - 2–4 years of experience in report development and data analytics. - Strong proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL, stored procedures, views, performance tuning). - Hands-on experience with Power BI (DAX, data modeling, report publishing, and dashboards). - Expertise in SSRS (SQL Server Reporting Services) for building and maintaining paginated reports. - Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills. - Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. - Attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality work. Good to Have (Optional): - Experience with SSIS or ETL processes. - Knowledge of data warehousing concepts. - Exposure to cloud reporting platforms (e.g., Azure).
