Job Description Job Description Job Summary:Detailed JD Job Summary We are looking for a mid-level SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC) Consultant with strong hands-on experience in creating dynamic and interactive dashboards, stories, and data models using SAP Analytics Cloud. The ideal candidate will work closely with business stakeholders to translate requirements into SAC solutions that support data-driven decision-making across the organization. Level- L3 Experience 7-8 years Key Responsibilities Develop SAC Stories and Dashboards: Design and build visually compelling, user-friendly dashboards and reports using SAC Stories and Analytical Applications. Data Modeling in SAC: Create and manage import and live data models, including building calculated measures, hierarchies, and currency conversions. Integrate Data Sources: Connect SAC to multiple data sources such as SAP BW/4HANA, S/4HANA, HANA views, and non-SAP systems (e.g., SQL, Excel, OData services). Business Logic Implementation: Apply advanced features such as scripting (for analytical applications), value driver trees, Smart Discovery, and Smart Insights to enable self-service analytics. Performance Optimization: Optimize data models and dashboards for performance, ensuring fast load times and efficient data refreshes. Security & Access Controls: Configure data access controls, roles, and authorizations to ensure secure and appropriate data usage. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work with business users, data teams, and IT to gather requirements and deliver SAC solutions aligned with business needs. Documentation & Training: Create user guides, documentation, and provide training to end users on SAC functionality and usage. Stay Updated: Keep abreast of new SAC features, best practices, and industry trends to continuously improve solution design and delivery. Creative Visualization- Design visually engaging dashboards, infographics, and presentations that simplify complex data and concepts. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business insights into intuitive visual formats. Maintain a consistent visual identity across internal and external assets. Enablement & Training Develop and deliver training programs (live sessions, e-learning, workshops) tailored to diverse user groups. Create user-friendly documentation, guides, FAQs, and SOPs to support product adoption and process understanding. Serve as a go-to resource for onboarding new users and driving continuous learning Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field. 35 years of experience working with SAP Analytics Cloud in a hands-on capacity. Proficiency in SAC Story creation, data modeling, and SAC scripting (for analytical applications). Experience with SAC Planning is a plus (but not mandatory for reporting-focused roles). Strong understanding of SAC features such as Smart Insights, Smart Predict, and R Visualization. Familiarity with connecting and consuming data from SAP BW, HANA, and S/4HANA. Understanding of BI principles, data visualization best practices, and KPI development. - Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills. - Proven experience in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, Adobe Creative Suite). - Strong instructional design and technical writing skills. - Excellent communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to think creatively and translate abstract ideas into tangible outputs.
