Date May 22 2025 Location Shirwal India Company ACG Group Company ACG Associated Capsules Pvt Ltd Primary Responsibilities Strategic Planning Activities Core Monitoring and getting corrections done on dimensional graphs as and when required to ensure process dimensional control Downtime HFX and Process Loss analysis of each and every shift preapare and execute action plan to control it Ensure adherence of all daily weekly fort nightly and monthly schedules activities and change schedules production schedules to minimize breakdown to improve quality Colour Change Planning for next 48 hours to control the number of color changes per shift for ease of operations Monitoring health of HCM in terms of quality and contuinity after PM and Size Change to improve DAFOE Ensure all the time shop floor should be auditable all the times from GMP and regulatory point of view 100 audit compliance Ensure Trainings of SOP Safety cGMP and ensure effectiveness of it Verification and correction of Viscosity of dipbaths to control process parameters Shift Scheduling and leave planning People Development Ensure all status display boards are updated and maintained HCM in process status labelling Ensure adherence to change controls deviations incident reporting etc Investigation of customer complaint root cause analysis initiate and implementation of CAPA Appreciation of team members in case of any achievements surpassing of targets setting of new bench marks People Development Key Result Areas Effective planning and resource optimization to achieve the production targets and desired quality for the entire Hall and ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements on a daily basis Key Interfaces 1 to achieve budgeted profitability reduce the cost of poor quality 2 In order to enhance the safety culture 3 Implementation of 6 sigma project at other locations 4 To improve customer satisfaction by enhancing OTDIF 5 to enhance profitability of the organization 6 to reduce internal foreign capsule complaint Competencies Has the candidate displayed any of the Values Caring Collaborative Progressive during the discussions Compliance EHS Persona-Partner Persona-Nurturer Sound technical knowledge Persona-Integrator Cost Management Persona-Builder Manufacturing Methods Process Design Quality Requirement Manufacturing
