What you will be responsible for
Responsible for nurturing and growing the creative-design team's capabilities,
competencies and, deliverables at a strategic client level. Provide both technical as well
as design assistance in high-end critical projects. Collaborate with operations team in
setting-up right frameworks for an effective & high quality project delivery.

What you will do
Lead the creative journey: Define the visual direction for branding projects, ensure design choice is intentional and impactful.
Collab & Create: Partner with copywriters, designers, and clients to bring ideas to life in bold and unexpected ways.
Be the Brand Custodian Maintain consistency across platforms—print, digital, video, and beyond—while working on multiple creative assets
Inspire the Team: Mentor and energize a talented crew of designers, illustrators, and visual storytellers.
Stay Ahead of Trends: Infuse fresh inspiration by keeping a pulse on design, culture and emerging tech.
Required Skills :
8+yrs of experience in a publishing house
Technical proficiency in multiple design tools
Creative mindset with an eye for detail
Effective planning and decision making skill
Ability to work on Mac based / Windows based workstations
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment
