Job Title RMC Plant Maintenance Incharge Location Tadepalle Vijayawada Job Summary Responsible for the maintenance and reliability of all equipment used in the ready-mix concrete plant ensuring optimal performance and safety standards Responsibilities Oversee the maintenance of RMC plant machinery and equipment to ensure optimal operation Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules to enhance plant performance Conduct regular inspections of equipment and machinery to identify potential issues Coordinate with vendors for timely procurement of spare parts and maintenance services Lead and train the maintenance team to enhance their technical skills and safety awareness Monitor compliance with safety regulations and implement corrective measures as necessary Prepare maintenance reports and document all activities to support continuous improvement initiatives Qualification Bachelor s degree in Mechanical or Civil Engineering or a related field 2 to 3 years of experience in maintenance management within the civil engineering or RMC industry Strong knowledge of mechanical systems hydraulics and electrical controls in RMC plants Proven leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a diverse team Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong analytical approach Familiarity with safety standards and regulatory requirements in the construction industry Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams Contact Chandini HR 9154813022 Mail ggrouphr18 gmail com Job Types Full-time Permanent Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Supplemental Pay Overtime pay Performance bonus Work Location In person
