- Lead the Commercial function within the Global Business Services (GBS) organization, ensuring alignment with corporate financial strategies and business objectives.
- Drive commercial governance, compliance, and financial transparency across all GBS services and partner engagements.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders to build and manage service-level agreements (SLAs), chargeback models, and cost allocations.
- Lead financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting processes for GBS operations, ensuring accurate and timely delivery.
- Implement performance measurement frameworks and KPIs to track value realization and operational efficiency.
- Support strategic initiatives, cost transformation programs, and business case development for new GBS initiatives.
- Manage vendor financial performance, contract compliance, and value delivery through regular review processes.
- Provide financial insights, dashboards, and reports to senior leadership for decision support and continuous improvement.
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, financial policies, and audit requirements.
- Foster a culture of accountability, collaboration, and continuous improvement across cross-functional teams.
