Location Gandhinagar Employment Type Full-Time Permanent Experience Level Craftsperson for Western premium and quality swimwear underwear womenswear 0 - 5 years in sewing tailoring Sector Sewing Stitching Cutting Garment Construction About the Role Sansaq is a young swimwear and women s clothing design company that combines creativity high standards of quality and a global outlook Driven by an ambitious vision and a strong aesthetic we offer collections with bold cuts and vibrant colors aimed at an international clientele Key Responsibilities - Construct garments using pattern pieces ensuring clean and accurate stitching seam allowances and shape integrity - Press and steam garments to create the final silhouette ready for QA inspection - Collaborate with the technician and QA team to address minor defects or improvements before packing - Be able to identify a problem on a sewing machine resolve it or refer it to the manager - Prepare finished garments with premium packaging tissue wrapping boxes and ready items for courier pickup - Maintain high levels of cleanliness and order at the workstation Skills Qualifications - 0 - 5 years of professional sewing or tailoring experience - Knowledge of industrial sewing machines seam techniques and hand-finishing - Ability to work from tech packs verbal instructions and physical patterns - Passion for delivering precision consistency and luxury finishing - Strong sense of ownership and pride in craft - Experience with high-end womenswear or bespoke menswear is a plus Pay 13 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Nice to have knowledge of English written and spoken is a plus Benefits Paid sick time Paid time off Schedule Day shift Fixed shift Weekend availability Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Experience 0 - 5 years in sewing tailoring Work Location In person Job Types Full-time Permanent Fresher Pay 13 000 00 - 22 000 00 per month Supplemental Pay Yearly bonus Language English Preferred
