Jr Engineer Future Gen Manufacture Maintenance Support Job Description Who You Are/: Preventive Maintenance PM/: You will carefully record all actions in the CMMS while helping to plan, schedule, and carry out the daily and weekly PM operations for injection moulding machines hydraulic, electrical, and mechanical checks and support equipment. Support for Troubleshooting/: You will assist technicians and senior staff in quickly identifying and fixing problems with hydraulics pump problems, valve leaks, electrics PLC inputs/outputs, wiring errors, and machine mechanics. Documentation &amp Analysis/: You are in charge of keeping precise technical records, updating machine maintenance logs, and helping to analyse failure data in order to pinpoint persistent problems and suggest long/-term fixes. Spare Parts Management/: You will assist in overseeing the vital inventory of spare parts for the moulding machines, making sure the right parts are on hand to reduce downtime during malfunctions.
