Job Title: Recruitment Specialist – Non-IT (Manufacturing Hiring) Location: Noida Company: Maven Workforce Mode: 5 Days Working | From Office Shift Timing: 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM About the Role We are looking for a proactive and target-oriented Recruitment Specialist with strong experience in non-IT recruitment, specifically in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will manage end-to-end hiring for multiple roles across the domestic market. Key Responsibilities - Handle the complete recruitment cycle — sourcing, screening, interviewing & onboarding. - Source talent through job portals, social platforms, employee referrals & internal databases. - Work majorly on non-IT/manufacturing roles such as Production, Quality, Maintenance, R&D, Supply Chain, Purchase, HR, Finance, etc. - Coordinate with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and job descriptions. - Maintain daily and weekly hiring reports and ensure closures within defined timelines. - Build strong candidate pipelines and maintain healthy professional relationships. Required Skills & Experience - 2–5 years of recruitment experience (mandatory). - Experience in staffing industry is mandatory. - Domestic hiring experience is required. - Strong experience in non-IT hiring — especially for manufacturing/industrial roles. - Knowledge of sourcing portals like Naukri, Shine, LinkedIn, and social media hiring. - Excellent communication, negotiation & stakeholder management skills. - Target-driven and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
