Job Description

Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and professional Temporary Secretary to provide administrative and clerical support for our team. The role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and maintaining confidentiality at all times.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate appointments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence (emails, letters, phone calls).
- Prepare, format, and proofread documents, presentations, and reports.
- Maintain filing systems (electronic and physical) and ensure records are up to date.
- Assist in organizing events, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Draft meeting agendas, take minutes, and circulate notes/action items.
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders as required.
- Perform general office duties such as photocopying, scanning, and handling office supplies.
- Provide support to senior management or team members as assigned.

Qualifications & Skills:

- Bachelors degree or equivalent preferred.
- Proven experience as a secretary, administrative assistant, or similar role.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Freshers are eligible to apply.

Note - It will be on contract basis.
