Job Role: Associate & Team Lead Process : UK Insurance (L&P, Property & Casualty Insurance, etc) Notice Period: 0-30 days Location: Pune Doer: Graduate with 1 - 5 years of experience in international insurance. Knowledge of Life and Pension UK insurance preferred. Strong understanding of documents related to L&P insurance guidelines. Strong communication skills, verbal and written. Strong analytical skills Attention to detail as the process involves payments Experience Required – Team Lead: Overall 8+ years of experience and 2+ years in Team Leading in papers is must. Should have knowledge of all Team Leading activities like (Shrinkage, Attrition, SLA management, Team handling, KPI etc.) Should have worked in UK Insurance process (L&P insurance, Property and Casualty, etc ) Should be flexible to work in any shifts. Eligibility criteria - 15 years full time education (No Correspondence). Excellent communication skills should be able to clearly articulate.
