Job Description:

1) Assist with WNS’s brand's strategic development and alignment, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and touchpoints.

2) Manage design projects from concept through execution, ensuring high-quality and brand-aligned deliverables.

3) Design a wide variety of original communications across digital and offline media to support sales and marketing objectives, with a focus on our target audiences

4) Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure design solutions meet departmental objectives and enhance our employer brand.

5) Stay ahead of industry trends and incorporate innovative design and technology into WNS’s brand strategy

6) Should be a go-to person for brand and design-related queries, raised by colleagues across the organization.

Qualifications:

1) 6+ years of experience in Graphic & Communication Design, with a robust portfolio showcasing high-end design skills across various formats.

2) Expert command of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop).

3) Experience in PPT design.

4) Exposure to video animation in Adobe After Effects and Adobe Premiere PRO• Brainstorming and design thinking skills.

5) Understanding of the printing process and specifications.

6) Demonstrated ability in managing design projects and brand management initiatives.

7) Excellent verbal and written English communication skills, strong organizational abilities, keen attention to detail, and adept time management.
