As a Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Developer Consultant you will be at the forefront of enhancing Euromonitor International internal business processes You will be responsible for designing developing and implementing solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot Gen AI tools to optimize workflows and drive operational efficiency Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams you will play a pivotal role in aligning departmental visions with successful implementation ensuring the effective utilization of Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot across various business functions Key Responsibilities 1 Solution Development xc2 xb7 Design develop and implement business solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot xc2 xb7 Identify opportunities for process automation and implement efficient workflows to eliminate manual tasks and optimize operations xc2 xb7 Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and deliver tailored solutions 2 Technical Expertise xc2 xb7 Serve as a subject matter expert in Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot xc2 xb7 Act as a hands-on Developer Consultant for the implementation of Power Platform and Copilot solutions xc2 xb7 Integrate artificial intelligence GenAI capabilities into business processes to enhance automation and decision-making 3 Roadmap Contribution xc2 xb7 Contribute to the development and communication of the internal roadmap for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot xc2 xb7 Ensure alignment with Euromonitor s strategy goals and objectives 4 Stakeholder Management xc2 xb7 Engage with stakeholders to align business and divisional strategy xc2 xb7 Conduct regular forums to gather feedback address concerns and suggest new ideas xc2 xb7 Act in consulting capacity 5 User Support and Documentation xc2 xb7 Support users during the transition from inception to production providing expertise during training UAT and go-live activities xc2 xb7 Manage documentation of business requirements workflows processes applications and data dictionaries 6 Team Collaboration xc2 xb7 Represent the Enterprise Applications team as a primary contact for Microsoft Power Platform and Microsoft Copilot solutions xc2 xb7 Ensure project delivery aligns with budget objectives and quality standards RequirementsSkills Proficiencies Required 1 Technical Skills xc2 xb7 Microsoft Power Platform Proficiency 1 In-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with Microsoft Power Platform components including Power Apps Power Automate and Copilot Studio formerly Power Virtual Agents 2 Ability to leverage Power Platform capabilities to design and implement scalable and efficient business solutions xc2 xb7 Power Automate Workflows 1 Expertise in creating automated workflows using Power Automate formerly Flow 2 Implementation of efficient and reliable processes for data integration approvals and notifications xc2 xb7 Microsoft Copilot and or GenAI Expertise 1 Understanding and practical application of Microsoft Copilot capabilities 2 Experience in utilizing Copilot for intelligent code suggestions automation and enhancing development efficiency 3 Experience in LLM and Gen AI toolkit and prompts xc2 xb7 Copilot Studio formerly Power Virtual Agents 1 Knowledge of creating chatbots and virtual agents using Power Virtual Agents 2 Integration of virtual agents into business processes to enhance user interaction and automate tasks xc2 xb7 Power Apps Development 1 Confidence in building custom applications using Power Apps 2 Ability to design user-friendly interfaces and integrate with various data sources for seamless functionality 2 Communication Skills xc2 xb7 Effective communication skills for engaging with
