About the Job: Job Title: Project Manager Location: Pune Experience Level: Mid to Senior Employment Type: Full-time About Role: We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team and take the lead in managing projects for our E-commerce service clients. As a Project Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of projects, meeting client expectations, and maintaining a high level of client satisfaction. Responsibilities:Client Relationship Management - Act as the main point of contact for our E-commerce service clients, establishing and maintaining strong client relationships. - Understand clients' business objectives and needs, and effectively communicate them to the project team. Project Planning and Execution - Develop project plans, timelines, and budgets in collaboration with cross-functional teams. - Ensure projects are executed on time, within scope, and within budget while meeting quality standards. Resource Management - Allocate resources, including team members and third-party contractors, effectively to each project. - Monitor and manage resource allocation to optimize project outcomes. Risk Management - Identify potential project risks and develop mitigation plans to minimize their impact. - Proactively address any project-related issues as they arise. Reporting and Documentation - Create and maintain project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and meeting minutes. - Provide regular project status updates to clients and stakeholders. Quality Assurance - Ensure the quality of project deliverables meets or exceeds client expectations. - Conduct thorough testing and quality control checks as required. Financial Management - Monitor project financials, including budget tracking, invoicing, and expenses. - Work to maximize project profitability. Continuous Improvement - Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies. - Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement changes as necessary.
