Role Description Only FEMALE Candidates We are seeking a dedicated Hospital Receptionist for a full-time, on-site role at our Patna-based office. The Hospital Receptionist will be the first point of contact for patients and visitors, responsible for managing appointment scheduling, greeting patients, and handling inquiries via phone and in person. Tasks include maintaining accurate patient records, ensuring effective communication between patients and medical staff, and supporting administrative operations in the healthcare setting. Qualifications - Strong skills in Appointment Scheduling and managing Receptionist Duties effectively - Proficiency in Medical Terminology and familiarity with Medical Office operations - Excellent Phone Etiquette and communication skills - Customer service orientation and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously - High level of professionalism, organization, and attention to detail - Previous experience in a hospital or medical office setting is preferred
