Open Links Foundation (OLF) is an IT-based non-profit organization founded by Sanjay Dalmia (IIT Delhi, IIM Ahmedabad) with a mission to strengthen the government school ecosystem and make government schools aspirational for all. OLF aims to improve quality of education in government schools by (a) supporting and motivating teachers (b) partnering with district administration to improve program implementation efficiency for programs like FLN, scholarship practice tests, poetry recitation etc... The program name is Vinoba. It simplifies and saves time for teachers. It helps in easy data collection and analysis for administrators. It has Facebook like features for sharing and learning and a vibrant teacher community. The model is now well established with tangible improvements in outcomes. Role Description: The Lead – Admin & Finance will be responsible for overseeing the organization’s administrative, financial, and compliance functions to ensure smooth and cost-effective operations. The role entails managing financial systems, streamlining employee processes, and ensuring adherence to statutory and regulatory requirements. This position also involves accurate reporting, audit management, and maintaining robust documentation practices. By ensuring operational efficiency, financial transparency, and compliance, the Lead – Admin & Finance will play a critical role in supporting organizational growth and creating a positive workplace environment. As a Lead – Admin & Finance at Open Links Foundation, you’ll: ✔️ Lead and manage all administrative and financial operations to ensure efficiency and compliance ✔️ Design and implement employee-related processes (leaves, travel, expenses, celebrations) with a focus on compliance, cost-effectiveness, and employee satisfaction ✔️ Manage payments, vendor invoices, salary processing, and reconcile bank transactions accurately and on time ✔️ Maintain accurate accounting records and ensure proper documentation of all financial transactions ✔️ Oversee internal and external audits, regulatory filings, and ensure compliance with statutory requirements ✔️ Provide timely financial reports, insights, and recommendations to support decision-making ✔️ Ensure smooth office operations including upkeep, procurement, and administrative support functions ✔️ Collaborate with leadership and cross-functional teams to strengthen organizational systems and efficiency What We’re Looking For? 🎓 Master’s/Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field 💼 8+ years of experience in Administration & Finance within large manufacturing, service, or development organizations 📊 Strong expertise in financial management, accounting systems, and regulatory compliance 💻 Familiarity with ERP and MS Excel (advanced) 👥 Proven ability to manage teams, handle multiple priorities, and work with diverse stakeholders 🗣️ Excellent communication skills in English & Hindi 🔎 Highly detail-oriented, analytical, and results-driven with strong decision-making skills Remuneration: ₹6.0 – 8.0 LPA (Based on experience) Apply: https://forms.gle/6sAJ8RgbyF61jKeY7
