Job Title: IT Recruiter (Freshers) Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat Work Type: Full-Time Timings: 9AM to 6PM About the Role We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic IT Recruiter to join our growing team in Ahmedabad. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates or early-career professionals looking to start their career. You’ll receive hands-on training, mentorship, and exposure to the complete bench sales and recruitment cycle. Key Responsibilities - Participate in the full sales and recruitment lifecycle for the US IT industry. - Post consultants’ resumes on major US job portals such as Indeed, Dice, Monster, LinkedIn, and CareerBuilder. - Communicate with clients and vendors in the US market when required. - Utilize LinkedIn Recruiter and ATS platforms for sourcing and tracking candidates. - Understand and adhere to the company’s terms and conditions during purchase order execution. - Conduct feedback sessions with candidates after interviews. Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in any discipline. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - Internship or prior experience in recruitment/sales is a plus. - Familiarity with ATS systems and social media recruiting tools is advantageous. - Eagerness to learn and work in a fast-paced, US-based environment.
