Role: Performance Marketer (E-Commerce Division) Location: Indore / Pune Experience: 2–4 Years (E-commerce or D2C brands preferred) About the Role: We’re looking for a skilled Performance Marketer to drive growth for our E-Commerce division. You’ll manage paid campaigns across Google and Meta, create acquisition strategies, and optimize for ROI to fuel brand growth. Key Responsibilities: - Plan, execute, and optimize paid marketing campaigns across Google & Meta. - Develop customer acquisition & retention strategies to drive traffic and sales. - Manage performance budgets to achieve CPA and ROAS goals. - Analyze data, track KPIs, and report actionable insights for continuous improvement. - Collaborate across teams to enhance customer experience and conversion journeys. - Innovate and identify new growth opportunities across digital channels. Requirements: - 2–4 years of experience in Performance Marketing (Google & Meta). - Proven success with D2C or E-commerce brands. - Strong analytical and reporting skills. - Familiarity with analytics & attribution tools (Google Analytics, Appsflyer, etc.). - Strategic mindset with hands-on execution capability.
