They invest in four core competencies Cloud and Data Engineering (CDE), Analytics and Data Management (ADM), Business Consulting (BC) and Service Management (SM)to enable continued access to global markets and unmet needs. The Role: Looking for a Technical Project Manager to enhance the data-driven decision-making by overseeing data management, generating business insights, integrating BI technologies, and effectively managing delivery across project(s). This role will drive strategic growth and operational efficiency through effective data utilization. Key Responsibilities: - Enhanced Customer Satisfaction: Work with the client stakeholders and cross functional team(s), internal or external, to ensure the team delivers the services as per their expectations leading to high customer satisfaction. - Manage contract & financial performance: Own the overall contractual and financial performance of the account by working with Financial Analyst(s) and Legal team for existing and new potential opportunities. - Grow & develop business: Accountable for coming up with a strategy at an account level to identify new opportunities by developing deep understanding of their overall technical set up and upcoming priorities over period. - Team Leadership & Resource Management: Lead and mentor a team of Analytics developers and Data engineers, managing resources effectively, addressing constraints, and ensuring compliance with data privacy regulations. - Project Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive project plans that meet scope, timeline, and budget requirements. - Risk Management: Identify and mitigate potential risks to ensure project success and compliance with data privacy and security regulations. Skills Required: - Project planning and execution - Agile/Scrum methodology - Proficient with Project management tools - Risk management and mitigation - Budgeting and financial performance tracking - Contract and SLA management - Stakeholder coordination and client communication - Account growth and opportunity identification - Team leadership and mentoring - Resource allocation and optimization - Collaboration, negotiation, and problem-solving skills Qualifications & Experience: - 12-17 years - Any Technical Graduate Locations: Pune, Nagpur, Chennai
