Job Summary As a Product Management Intern at Enrich Money, you’ll work closely with a diverse team of engineers, designers, data analysts, and marketers to develop products that simplify investment and trading for our users. You will play a critical role in shaping the product experience, helping us deliver seamless and impactful solutions for clients across our platform. Applicants who are currently pursuing their studies and have not yet reached their final year exams are not eligible. - Company: Enrich Money - Job Title: Product Management Intern (FinTech) - Experience Level: 0 to 1 Year - Internship Period: (Minimum 6 months) - Stipend: Max. up to Rs. 12,000/- (Per Month) - Location: Chennai (OMR, Near SRP Tools) - Job Type: Full Time. - Work Schedule: Mon to Fri - 09.00 to 18.00 - Work Environment: On-site. - Joining Requirement: Immediate joining to 15 days is preferred. Key Responsibilities What You’ll Do: - Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand customer pain points and contribute to innovative product solution. - Assist in defining the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business goals and user needs. - Support the development and launch of new product features, focusing on usability and performance. - Analyze product performance data to identify areas for improvement and optimization. - Collaborate on delivering projects on time while ensuring an exceptional user experience. - Take ownership and responsibility for assigned product tasks and features. - Assist in preparing technical documentation and other relevant materials to support product/feature releases. - Gain hands-on experience in the entire product lifecycle, from gathering user feedback to prioritization and execution. What You Bring: - Currently pursuing (final semester) or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Technology, Finance, or Commerce. - Strong interest in stock market trading and investment (mandatory requirements). - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and MS Word for data analysis, reporting, and presentations. - Basic understanding of SQL, Python, and Postman (a plus but not mandatory). - Understanding of product management principles, user research, and data-driven decision-making. - Passion for fintech, trading, and building world-class financial products. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a customer-first mindset. - Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills. - Familiarity with Fintech, investment platforms, or financial products is a plus.
