We are currently seeking enthusiastic and motivated individuals to join our team as Tele Callers for our Voice Process As a Tele Caller you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers introducing our products services and persuading them to make a purchase or schedule appointments Responsibilities Make outbound calls to prospective customers using a provided database or leads list Introduce company products services to potential customers and educate them about the benefits Answer incoming calls from potential customers and respond to their inquiries promptly and courteously Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service at all times Achieve daily weekly monthly targets for call volume lead generation and sales conversions Follow up with potential customers who have shown interest in our products services Document all interactions with customers accurately in the CRM system Meet or exceed established KPIs and sales targets Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless handover of qualified leads Requirements Proven experience as a Tele Caller or similar role in a call center environment Excellent communication skills with a clear and pleasant telephone voice Strong persuasive and negotiation skills Ability to work independently as well as part of a team Proficiency in basic computer applications and CRM software Ability to multitask and manage time effectively High school diploma or equivalent additional certification in customer service or sales is a plus Benefits Competitive salary with the potential to earn additional incentives for lead conversion Opportunities for career advancement and growth within the company Comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you succeed in your role Friendly and collaborative work environment If you are passionate about sales have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity Join us in delivering exceptional customer experiences and driving sales growth Job Types Full-time Fresher Pay 15 086 00 - 25 463 39 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Internet reimbursement Education Bachelor s Required Experience Technical support 1 year Preferred total work 2 years Preferred Language English Preferred Work Location Remote
