Job Requisition ID 25WD90141 Position Overview We are seeking a seasoned DevOps and Cloud Infrastructure Manager to join our Enterprise Systems and Applications Engineering ESE team at Autodesk Bangalore Hybrid This role is pivotal in leading our cloud operations ensuring infrastructure scalability reliability and security across multi-cloud environments AWS Azure GCP You will drive best practices in automation cost optimization and team leadership while working cross-functionally to support business-critical applications and services Key Roles and Responsibilities Lead incident management root cause analysis RCA and resolution for cloud infrastructure-related issues Oversee cloud provisioning auto-scaling and decommissioning using modern automation tools Manage and mentor a Cloud Operations team driving excellence in cloud and infrastructure practices Architect and implement multi-cloud strategies across AWS Azure and GCP platforms Champion Infrastructure as Code IaC using tools like Terraform Pulumi or AWS CloudFormation Own and enhance CI CD pipelines using Jenkins GitHub Actions GitLab CI or equivalent tools Collaborate with application security and platform teams to align infrastructure with product and compliance needs Define and enforce best practices in monitoring alerting logging and incident response Drive cloud cost optimization strategies and enforce governance across environments Automate operational tasks to move toward zero-touch operations Lead efforts in disaster recovery high availability and performance tuning Design and implement automated patching and OS maintenance workflows using tools like AWS SSM or Azure Update Management Partner closely with internal teams including Cloud Infrastructure Engineering Cloud Management and Application Services for operational support Continuously explore and evaluate emerging technologies for business alignment and adoption Minimum Qualifications Bachelor s degree in computer science Engineering or a related field 12 years of overall IT experience including 5 years in Cloud and leadership roles Strong hands-on experience with AWS Azure and Google Cloud Platform Deep expertise in DevOps tooling Terraform Ansible Jenkins GitLab CI Docker Kubernetes Proficient in networking cloud security best practices IAM and compliance frameworks Experience in Agile Scrum environments and product-oriented teams Proven leadership in scaling DevOps teams infrastructure strategies and processes Preferred Qualifications Master s degree in computer science Engineering or related disciplines Certifications in AWS e g AWS DevOps Engineer Azure or GCP Experience with FinOps tools and implementing cost governance models Familiarity with modern observability tools like Datadog Prometheus or New Relic Experience implementing security controls aligned with ISO 27001 SOC2 or HIPAA Knowledge of platform engineering and building internal developer platforms LI-KS2 Learn More About Autodesk Welcome to Autodesk Amazing things are created every day with our software - from the greenest buildings and cleanest cars to the smartest factories and biggest hit movies We help innovators turn their ideas into reality transforming not only how things are made but what can be made We take great pride in our culture here at Autodesk - it s at the core of everything we do Our culture guides the way we work and treat each other informs how we connect with customers and partners and defines how we show up in the world When you re an Autodesker you can do meaningful work that helps build a better world designed and made for all Ready to shape the world and your future Join us Salary transparency Salary is one part of Autodesk s competitive compensation package Offers are based on the candidate s experience and geographic location In addition to base salaries our compensation package may include annual cash bonuses commissions for sales roles stock grants and a comprehensive benefits package Diversity Belonging We take pride in cultivating a culture of belonging where everyone can thrive Learn more here Are you an existing contractor or consultant with Autodesk Please search for open jobs and apply internally not on this external site
