Job Title Accounts Manager - Real Estate Location Knowledge Park 2 Greater Noida Experience Required 4 - 6 Years Industry Real Estate Only Salary Range 30 000 - 50 000 per month Notice Period Immediate Joiners Preferred About the Role We are looking for an experienced Accounts Manager with a strong background in the real estate sector The ideal candidate must be well-versed in RERA compliance GST taxation and real estate accounting practices You will play a key role in handling financial records compliance and coordination with auditors and regulatory bodies Key Responsibilities Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounting records in Tally or other accounting software Handle all GST filings RERA compliances and tax-related tasks Prepare and manage financial statements MIS reports and cash flow projections Manage accounts payable and receivable bank reconciliations and vendor payments Liaise with internal departments and external consultants auditors Ensure all statutory compliance and coordinate with CA firms for filings Assist in budget preparation and expense management Track project-wise expenses and revenues as per real estate guidelines Key Requirements Minimum 4 to 6 years of accounting experience in the real estate sector is mandatory In-depth knowledge of RERA GST and taxation laws applicable to the real estate industry Strong command over Tally Excel and accounting principles Must have experience in project accounting and budgeting Good communication and coordination skills Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines Eligibility Criteria Only candidates from Real Estate background will be considered Immediate joiners preferred Job Type Full-time Pay 30 000 00 - 50 000 00 per month Benefits Cell phone reimbursement Paid sick time Provident Fund Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
