We are looking for a highly organized and experienced Port Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of a port facility - As a Port Operations Manager you will be responsible for planning directing and coordinating port activities to ensure optimal performance Responsibilities - Oversee daily port operations and ensure efficient cargo handling - Coordinate with shipping lines customs and logistics providers - Ensure compliance with safety environmental and regulatory standards - Manage and lead operational staff and supervisors - Handle emergency situations and resolve operational issues - Maintain communication with port authorities and stakeholders - Ensure proper maintenance of port equipment and infrastructure Requirements - Minimum 8 years of experience in port or terminal operations - Bachelor s degree in logistics maritime studies or related field - Strong leadership and team management skills - Excellent communication and coordination abilities - Good knowledge of port regulations and safety standards - Familiarity with customs and shipping documentation - Ability to work under pressure and handle emergencies - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills Location Haldia W B India Salary Upto 12 lakh P A Please apply to hrkol ircl in Job Type Full-time Pay 80 000 00 - 100 000 00 per month Benefits Health insurance Schedule Day shift Work Location In person
