Job Title Accountant Location Sargasan Gandhinagar Gujarat Working Hours 10 30 AM to 7 00 PM Monday to Saturday Work Type Work From Office Note This role may require signing a Retention Bond 2 Years Job Summary We are seeking a sharp reliable and long term Accountant to manage end-to-end accounting operations payroll processing and financial reporting This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take ownership of structured accounting systems and grow within a stable and evolving organization Key Responsibilities Core Accounting Operations Record and manage day-to-day transactions sales purchases receipts payments Maintain ledgers vouchers journal entries and perform bank reconciliations Monitor and manage petty cash and vendor customer accounts Pass depreciation and amortization entries as per standards Payroll Attendance Accounting Track and process monthly attendance calculate paid days and manage regularizations Handle payroll processing including salary deductions and reimbursements Calculate and record incentives and performance-linked payouts Ensure accurate payroll records and timely disbursement Reporting Financial Analysis Prepare and assist in monthly Profit Loss Balance Sheet and cash flow reports Present net profit summaries and cost breakdowns for internal decision-making Assist with data preparation for audits and management reviews Compliance Documentation Maintain organized financial documentation and support basic compliance activities GST TDS etc Coordinate with external consultants for periodic filings and reconciliations Preferred Skills Experience Bachelor s degree in Commerce Accounting or related field 1-2 years of experience in accounting preferred internship training will be considered Hands-on knowledge of Tally or Manager io software Good command of MS Excel for reporting and calculations Organized detail-focused and capable of working independently after initial training Why Join Us Hands-on exposure to the full accounting cycle from entries to financial reporting Take ownership of important financial processes in a growing business Long-term role designed for professional growth learning and increasing responsibility Supportive leadership and a process-driven environment Job Types Full-time Permanent Pay 10 000 00 - 20 000 00 per month Work Location In person
