Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Transformer Coil Winder to join our production team. The candidate will be responsible for winding coils for distribution and power transformers as per design specifications, ensuring quality, accuracy, and adherence to safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Winding LV and HV coils as per drawings and instructions.
- Handling copper/aluminium conductors, insulation, and tap connections.
- Using winding machines and related tools effectively.
- Maintaining dimensional accuracy and insulation integrity.
- Following safety, quality, and process standards.
- Reporting progress and issues to the supervisor.

Requirements:

- Prior experience in transformer coil winding (distribution/power transformers).
- Knowledge of different winding techniques (circular, rectangular, foil winding, etc.).
- Ability to read and understand technical drawings.
- Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Team player with good communication skills.
