A 5+ year Salesforce developer typically works with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC), integrating with other systems via APIs

Required Skills:

Salesforce Development: Strong experience with Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).

Integration: Experience with Salesforce APIs (SOAP and REST) and integrating with other systems.

Data Modeling: Solid understanding of the Salesforce data model, including standard and custom objects, relationships, and fields.

Security: Knowledge of the Salesforce security model, sharing rules, and permissions.

Version Control: Experience with Git and other version control systems.

CI/CD: Familiarity with Salesforce deployment tools and CI/CD processes.

Agile: Experience with Agile methodologies and tools like Jira and Confluence.

Communication: Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
