Note: This is an in-house position in Jaipur

The Role

We're looking for a Graphic Designer who can handle mid-weight responsibilities, someone confident in both execution and ownership. You'll collaborate with our design and strategy teams to deliver standout brand experiences across multiple formats.

What You'll Do

- Create and execute designs across branding, packaging, digital, print, and social.
- Translate brand guidelines into cohesive, creative assets.
- Work independently on mid-sized projects and lead visual direction when required.
- Mentor junior designers and ensure output meets client-ready standards.
- Collaborate with UI/UX, developers, and project managers for seamless delivery.
- Contribute to brainstorming, moodboards, and creative direction.

What We're Looking For

- 2-3 years of professional design experience (agency/studio preferred).
- Strong portfolio showcasing branding, packaging, and digital work.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and motion basics (bonus).
- Ability to take feedback, refine quickly, and push creative boundaries.
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple deadlines.
