Roles & Responsibilities
- Manage and support the organization's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and cloud systems.
- Oversee data security, disaster recovery planning, and compliance with relevant regulations (e.g., GDPR, ISO standards).
- Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
- Monitor system performance and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and reliability.
- Manage IT budgets, vendors, and procurement of hardware/software licenses.
- Evaluate new technologies and make recommendations for system upgrades or replacements.
- Collaborate with other departments to understand and fulfill technology needs.
- Ensure minimal downtime and high availability of all IT services.
- Strong knowledge of network infrastructure, server management, cybersecurity, and cloud technologies (e.g., AWS, Azure).
Education & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
