Collaborate with content creators, designers, and video producers to bring ideas to life. - Campaign Management: Plan and execute social media campaigns to drive engagement, brand awareness, and patient inquiries for healthcare clients. Monitor performance and adjust strategies to meet objectives. - Creative Innovation: Stay ahead of social media trends, introducing new content formats and interactive strategies (stories, reels, polls, etc.) to keep client social media profiles fresh and engaging. - Analytics & Reporting: Track social media performance using tools like Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, and others. Provide detailed reports with insights and recommendations for improvement. - Audience Engagement: Build and maintain strong online communities by responding to comments, messages, and reviews, and ensuring positive client reputation on social media. - Collaboration: Work closely with the digital marketing team to integrate social media strategies with broader digital marketing campaigns (SEO, PPC, content marketing) and influencer marketing. - Paid Social Campaigns: Collaborate with the paid media team to develop and optimize paid social media campaigns for healthcare clients, ensuring a balance between organic and paid growth. - Brand Voice: Ensure consistency in brand voice and messaging across all social platforms while tailoring content to resonate with different healthcare audiences. Qualifications: - 5+ years of experience in social media strategy and content creation, preferably in a digital agency or healthcare-related role. - Proven track record of growing social media accounts and driving engagement across various platforms. - Creative thinker with a strong ability to translate healthcare concepts into engaging social media content. - Expertise in social media tools (Meta Business Suite, Hootsuite, Buffer, etc.) and analytics platforms (Google Analytics, Sprout Social, etc.). - Excellent communication and copywriting skills, with the ability to craft compelling posts and captions. - Strong understanding of social media trends and best practices, especially within the healthcare sector. - Experience with paid social media campaigns is a plus.
