Key Objective of the Job To drive Rural Individual Loan business sales and achieving business deliverables Major Deliverables 1 Ensuring onboarding of quality customers to maintain highest portfolio quality 2 Identifying sourcing potential rural individual loan customers disbursing loans as per the internal process and policy 3 Conducting business and house verification for the potential customer along with financial analysis to finalize the desired loan amount 4 Enabling business growth across assigned territories for deeper market penetration and reach 5 To ensure achievement of disbursement targets and achieving desired productivity numbers 6 Responsible for maintaining expected collection efficiency and ensuring minimum delinquency 7 Continuous follow up of overdue customers if any to ensure their repayment 8 Build strong client relationships both internally and externally and build a strong brand identification with existing and potential customer base 9 Achieving highest First Time Right FTR 10 Constantly engaging in learning and development programs to upskill 11 Adherence to product process and policies of the company Qualification Graduate in any discipline
