Key Responsibilities Buyer Communication Relationship Management Serve as the main liaison between international local buyers and the manufacturing facility Communicate order status clarify requirements and address any issues promptly Product Development Sampling Receive buyer specifications and design packs Coordinate with the design and sampling departments to develop samples e g lab dips print strike-offs for buyer approval managing feedback and revisions Costing Negotiation Prepare detailed cost sheets negotiate pricing with buyers and raw material suppliers yarn fabric inks specific label materials and work to maximize profitability Sourcing Inventory Management Source and procure necessary raw materials trims and accessories Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock for production while preventing overstock situations Order Planning Execution Prepare and issue internal order sheets and purchase orders POs to relevant departments and suppliers Create and maintain a Time and Action TNA calendar to schedule and track all critical stages of production Production Monitoring Quality Control Constantly monitor the production process to ensure it adheres to buyer specifications and quality standards Coordinate with the quality control team for in-process and final inspections Logistics Documentation Coordinate with the packing and shipping departments to ensure orders are packed correctly and shipped on time Oversee necessary documentation and banking formalities for smooth export Market Analysis Stay informed about market trends competitor activities and new label technologies to provide input for product innovation and pricing strategies Required Skills and Qualifications Bachelor s degree in Textile Engineering Fashion Merchandising Business or a related field Proven experience minimum 3-5 years in merchandising within the textile garment or trims accessories industry In-depth knowledge of textile materials label production processes weaving printing finishing and quality control procedures Strong analytical and mathematical skills for costing and inventory management Excellent communication skills both written and verbal for effective internal and external correspondence Strong negotiation problem-solving and decision-making abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel and familiarity with inventory or ERP systems Highly organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects and tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment Job Type Permanent Pay 25 000 00 - 40 000 00 per month Work Location In person
