Role Description The role involves sourcing, evaluating, and processing Loan Against Property (LAP) applications to achieve assigned business targets. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with customers, ensuring quality sourcing, and maintaining compliance with internal and regulatory policies. Source new business for Loan Against Property (LAP) through direct channels, DSAs, connectors, and existing customer base. Understand customer financial needs and offer appropriate LAP products. Conduct preliminary financial analysis and property verification. Coordinate with internal departments (credit, legal, technical) for smooth loan processing. Ensure proper documentation, KYC, and compliance adherence. Achieve monthly business targets for disbursements and portfolio quality. Maintain strong post-disbursement customer relationships for cross-selling and retention. Experience 25 years of experience in LAP or similar secured loan products. Candidates from NBFCs / Banks with experience in mortgage or SME lending preferred.
