Key Responsibilities:

Strategic SEO Leadership:

- Develop & Execute: Craft and implement cutting-edge SEO strategies that align with Tajore's ambitious business objectives, focusing on driving organic traffic, enhancing our brand's visibility, and boosting online sales.
- Keyword Intelligence: Conduct in-depth keyword research and competitive analysis to identify high-potential opportunities, ensuring we target the right audience with the right content.
- Proactive Auditing: Perform regular, comprehensive SEO audits to pinpoint areas for optimization, proactively addressing technical issues and content gaps.
- Trend Mastery: Stay abreast of the latest SEO trends, algorithm updates, and industry best practices, continuously refining our strategies for optimal performance.

Technical & On-Page Excellence:

- Content Optimization: Optimize website content, metadata, headings, and image alt text to maximize search engine visibility and user engagement.
- Technical SEO Mastery: Ensure website health through meticulous technical SEO practices, including site speed optimization, mobile-first design, schema markup implementation, XML sitemap and robots.txt management, and website architecture analysis.
- Crawlability & Indexation: Conduct thorough website architecture analysis to enhance crawlability and indexation, ensuring search engines can efficiently access and understand our content.

Off-Page & Link Building Innovation:

- Strategic Link Building: Develop and execute innovative link-building strategies to build domain authority and establish Tajore as a trusted authority in the fashion space.
- High-Quality Backlinks: Identify and secure high-quality backlinks from reputable sources, including fashion publications, blogs, and industry influencers.
- Influencer Outreach: Implement targeted outreach campaigns and cultivate strong relationships with fashion bloggers and influencers to amplify our brand reach.
- Toxic Link Management: Monitor and disavow toxic backlinks to maintain site credibility and protect our search rankings.

Content & User Experience Optimization:

- SEO-Driven Content Strategy: Collaborate closely with content creators to develop and implement SEO-focused content strategies for blogs, landing pages, and product descriptions, ensuring content aligns with search intent and drives conversions.
- UX/UI Collaboration: Partner with design and development teams to optimize UX/UI for search visibility, ensuring a seamless and engaging user experience that enhances search performance.

Performance Analysis & Reporting:

- Data-Driven Insights: Conduct regular SEO audits and performance analysis, using tools like Google Analytics, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, and Screaming Frog to track key metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Actionable Reporting: Generate comprehensive monthly reports with actionable insights and strategic recommendations to improve search performance and drive business growth.
- Paid Search Synergy (Optional): Manage and optimize paid search campaigns (Google Ads, Bing Ads) to complement organic efforts, analyzing PPC and SEO data for holistic search marketing success.

What Will Make You The Right Fit:

- 3–5 years of SEO experience, preferably in fashion or e-commerce
- Strong knowledge of technical SEO (site structure, schema, crawlability)
- Proficient with tools like Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs
- Ability to turn data into actionable insights and clear strategy
- Comfortable working with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript basics
- A great communicator who can collaborate across marketing, content, and dev teams
- Familiar with fashion consumer behavior and e-commerce SEO trends
- Bonus Skillset: Experience with Google Ads and syncing organic + paid strategy with optimal SEO.
